Airstream Brokerage, Not a Listing Site

Sell your Airstream for a number you agree to, without the strangers, tire-kickers, or haggling.

We evaluate your camper, put it in front of a vetted network of dealer buyers under a signed non-circumvent agreement, and hand you a deal at a price we agree on together — paid for by the dealer, not you.

How a Sale Actually Moves
From first call to funded deal
5 Steps
1

Free evaluation — up to 20 minutes on the phone or video, no obligation.

2

Signed disclosure — you confirm specs and condition in writing.

3

Confidential match — presented to dealers under NDA / non-circumvent.

4

Dealer signs at the agreed price — once it's set, the offer stands.

5

Inspect, close, get paid — the dealer pays you directly, and also pays my fee (not you).

No brokerage cost to you, ever
For Owners

You've seen how this usually goes.

Marketplace and RV Trader put your Airstream in front of the whole internet — which sounds good, until you're the one fielding it.

Lowball messages, fast

It doesn't take long before the "would you take half?" texts start rolling in — from people who were never going to buy.

Weeks of no-shows

You clear your weekend for a walkthrough, and the buyer just... doesn't show up.

Strangers at your door

Letting people you've never met walk through your camper — often parked at your home.

Financing you can't verify

No way to know if a buyer can actually pay until you're already deep into the deal.

You're the negotiator

Every back-and-forth on price, terms, and paperwork lands on you, solo.

Guessing at the price

Price it too high and it sits; too low and you leave real money on the table.

There's a more direct way to do this.

I evaluate your Airstream once, document it properly, and take it straight to dealers who buy — under a confidentiality and non-circumvent agreement that protects your information the whole way through.

The Process

How the brokerage actually works

Five steps, start to close. You never write a check for any of it — the acquiring dealer covers the brokerage fee.

1

Free condition evaluation

We talk through your Airstream by phone or video — year, model, floorplan, mileage/usage, systems, known issues, upgrades, and your target asking price. No cost, no obligation to move forward.

2

You sign a condition disclosure

I put what you told me in writing, and you sign it, confirming it's true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. This protects you, the dealer, and the deal from surprises later.

Owner-Signed Disclosure
3

Confidential dealer matching

Your Airstream's profile and asking price go to my dealer network under a mutual non-disclosure and non-circumvent agreement — meaning dealers can't go around me to reach you directly, and your details stay protected until there's a real offer.

NDA / Non-Circumvent
4

A dealer signs at the agreed price

Once we've landed on a realistic number together and you're ready to sign, that's what goes to the dealer. If they want your unit as described, they sign at that number — no lowball counter after the fact.

5

Inspection, close, and payout

You bring the unit in for a walk-through inspection against the disclosure. The dealer closes the purchase, pays you directly, and pays my brokerage fee directly to me — you never have to worry about it.

For Dealers

Quality used Airstream inventory, pre-vetted before you ever see it.

Owner-signed condition disclosures

Every unit arrives with the seller's written, signed disclosure of specs and condition — reducing your appraisal risk before an inspection ever happens.

NDA and non-circumvent protected

Every introduction is covered under a mutual confidentiality and non-circumvent agreement, so sourcing stays clean on both sides.

Pay-on-close, success-fee model

Browsing and evaluating leads costs you nothing. You only pay a brokerage fee when you sign for and close a unit.

A steady pipeline, not one-off leads

Years of relationships with Airstream owners mean a recurring flow of acquisition candidates, not a single cold lead.

Become a buying partner

Tell me your acquisition criteria — model years, floorplans, condition range, region — and I'll route matching sellers your way as they come through the pipeline.

No fee to join or to evaluate leads. Brokerage fee applies only on a closed purchase.

The Boom The Correction

I've sold through both, and I know what a fair number looks like on either side.

About the Broker

I've priced Airstreams through the boom and the correction — that's exactly why I know how to get yours right.

I've spent years selling Airstreams, first through the pandemic-era buying frenzy, when units moved almost as fast as they could be listed, and then through the market correction that followed, when the same units required a much sharper read on real value to actually sell.

Selling through both extremes teaches you something a single hot market never will: how to price an Airstream right the first time.

That's the read I bring to your evaluation — a number grounded in what dealers are actually paying right now, not what a listing sat at six months ago. After a dedicated dealership role didn't work out, I kept the dealer relationships and turned them into a brokerage built specifically around getting owners a fair, fast, no-cost sale.

Questions

Straight answers before you call

Does it cost me anything as the seller?

No. The acquiring dealer pays the brokerage fee at closing. Your evaluation, disclosure, and dealer matching are free, with no obligation to move forward at any point.

Could a dealer ever charge me a fee?

Not from me — my evaluation, disclosure, and dealer matching are always free, guaranteed. What happens during the dealer's own on-site inspection is between you and them; it's uncommon, but if I ever have reason to think a dealer's process includes a fee, I'll tell you before you make the drive, not after.

Is my asking price guaranteed?

Your starting number is exactly that — a starting point. Part of my job on the evaluation call is giving you an honest read on what dealers are actually paying right now, which usually runs below private "trade value" since dealers build in room for reconditioning. Once we agree on a number that's realistic and you're comfortable signing at, that's the number that goes to the dealer — it doesn't get renegotiated down after.

What if no dealer matches my number?

Then nothing happens and nothing is owed — we can revisit the number together, or you're free to keep exploring other options. The only thing I'll ask is a quick heads-up if you accept an offer elsewhere while I'm actively shopping your unit, so I'm not walking a deal to a dealer who's already said yes on something that's no longer available.

What exactly is the non-circumvent agreement for?

It's a standard brokerage protection: once I introduce your Airstream to a dealer under NDA, that dealer agrees not to go around the brokerage to deal with you directly outside the arrangement. It keeps the process clean and protects everyone's interests, including yours.

Who are the dealers?

A network of dealer contacts I've built up over years in the Airstream space. I don't share individual dealer identities publicly, but every one is vetted before they see a single lead.

How long does the whole process take?

Your evaluation is typically same-day or next-day. Matching timelines vary with your model and asking price, but you'll hear from me with real updates, not silence.
